Gunnison River Ranches: Gunnison / Crested Butte, CO

A small, custom home HRC built for Spring Creek Timber Construction. Located approximately 7 miles north of Gunnison in a fishing community. Log slab siding and reclaimed timbers from the Gunnison Rodeo Grounds were used in this project. The home features covered porches, 2 sided Rumford fireplaces, doug fir flooring, cabinets, doors and trim. While the square footage maybe small (approximately 2,300 square feet), the attention to detail is great.
