Built a detached two-car garage with shed storage to match existing Lindal cedar home. Approximately 700 square feet.

New Driveway, Deck Addition, Repairs: Hidden River Ranch

New concrete driveway and deck addition as well as deck repair. Used spruce logs and cedar rails with copper pickets. Recycled decking was also used. Also replaced boiler used for in-floor heat and fresh water and replaced insulation in floors.

Exterior Makeover, Remodel: Skyland

Duplex exterior makeover including new siding and decking, as well as window and garage door replacement. Also remodel the upstairs bed and bathroom.

A small, 800 square foot condo remodel that included new paint, carpet, cabinets, countertops, doors and appliances.

Commercial Addition: Gunnison County Electric, Crested Butte

A small commercial addition for the local utility company. Including 250 square feet of office space and 800 square feet of storage space and 3 additional garage doors.
